COMPOSITION AND WASHING

Main Fabric: 100% Polyester
Main Lining: 55% Acetate, 45% Viscose

• Do not wash in water
• Do not bleach
• Do not tumble dry
• Tumble dry at low temperatures
• Wet cleaning with delicate cycle allowed only in a protective bag.

• Treat with care and gentleness.
• Have specialized laboratories clean only.
• This garment is characterised by tailored workmanship.
• The product has metal parts and nonwoven parts of synthetic origin.
• Motifs, embroidery and prints will never be placed in the same way, making the garment even more exclusive and one of a kind.
• Any discolorations, irregularities, discolorations and color transfers are not to be considered a defect but an exclusive, unique and valuable characteristic.
• It is advisable to wash the garment before use to help the color settle.

SHIPPING AND RETURN

Express Shipping: 2 – 3 working days. On a national level, shipping is free and managed by Poste Italiane. For remote destinations or in some periods, shipments may require longer delivery times.

International Standard Shipping: 7 – 10 business days. On the foreign plan, there will be additional shipping costs based on the destination calculation and will be managed by UPS or Fedex. For remote destinations or in some periods, shipments may require longer delivery times.

Returns are free and possible only within 14 days of receiving the items. The items must be equipped with a tag, must not have any defects and with clean and intact original packaging. In case of return, contact the company for the return methods. The refund will be made within 15 days of receipt of the items by the company. The return is free on the national plan while it is paid by the customer on the foreign plan. If you would like a gift box, you must communicate this at the time of Check-Out in the “Order Notes” section. The material for the independent composition of the gift box will be included.

AVAILABILITY

In case of Sold-Out, contact the company to order the unavailable item. Production may take 8 – 10 working days. The possibility of restocking will be evaluated based on available fabric stocks.
